Makes the do not disturb sign worthless when you have a staff member beating on the next door. This happened again the other day and the staff member explained that he was not there to provide any services but was there just to see if there were empty rooms. I had this happen on several occasions both here and the Cherokee Hard Rock in Tulsa. My other complaint is that sometimes a housekeeping staff member starts going around loudly banging on every door at about 9am to see if there is someone inside.
My only complaints about the hotel is that occasionally they overbook and wind up sending you to another hotel (hasn't happened to me in a year or two so hopefully they have stopped). The rooms are always very clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been staying at the hotel a couple of nights per month for the past several years.The hotel is a great place to stay.
